Celebrating Classical Music
in Prom Country
Prom Recitals is a group of South Gippsland locals who share a love of music and this beautiful part of the world, Prom Country. We’re keen to share the love with our community and with visitors to Prom Country through the presentation of classical music recitals.
We hope to enhance the lives and wellbeing of Prom Country people by providing classical music experiences that are both enjoyable and stimulating, as well as organising community programs and scholarships for aspiring young musical talents. We see Prom Recitals as an opportunity to celebrate our local venues and creative people, and a way of enhancing South Gippsland’s growing reputation as a flourishing artistic community. We hope that our initiative will help draw more visitors and creative minds to the region, bringing cultural and financial benefits to a wide variety of local businesses who make their home in Prom Country.
